This is a large charcoal drawing. During my art training, I would make a transfer drawing for a painting. It is a charcoal drawing on paper that I would then take tracing paper to transfer the outlines onto a canvas to paint. The transfer drawings were meant to just be a tool to help the painting process but sometimes they would turn out to be beautiful pieces of artwork in and of themselves.
