Finished Bowie Commissioned Painting
Description of Painting: 36x36 inch painting of Bowie. The dog who loves snow, mountain streams, and the great outdoors.
I do have some hidden mysteries in the painting and I’d love to share some of them with you. Bowie's blue and brownish gold eyes are reflected in the blue skies, blue snow, the golden mountain stream and golden forest. The lower corners have cucumber vines. Lord Shiva is very subtly shown in the clouds. Finally, there is a single cucumber vine that fades into the color red very near Bowie’s red color to show being 'released from its bondage to the vine.’
Varnish: I will varnish the painting after June 24th
Studio Pick Up: I am so happy to have you visit my studio to pick up the painting. Earliest pick up time should be July to assure the varnish is completely dry. Make sure your car can accommodate the 36x36 painting.
